Superbad 2!!
Hey. So, I’m sure many of you have been wondering what’s the deal with Superbad 2. Is it happening or what? Am I right? Well, the thing with it is that most of the people from Superbad are far to busy with other things in their careers to sign up for it right now. We may still have it in the future, but it depends on what happens. For the plot of Superbad 2, we are thinking of having Evan and Seth begin college. We’re planning for Seth to want to get babes so he joins cheerleading (still not sure about that). Evan is trying to keep his relationship with Becca going strong, but meets someone which makes him have to choose between them. Evan also trys-out for a football team, when he gets in, he is surprised, then finds out he is in a team with midgets. For Foggel and the cops, they go in for military training (we’re going to build on to that later). We really hope to go forward with this film. So far we have me and Jonah Hill and Seth Rogan signed on. It may take a while, but keep your hopes up.

It would be really great to have a superbad2. Superbad has my two favorite actors of all time, Michael Cera and Seth Rogen
, and it also has a bunch of other great actors.
I loved the first one and im sure if there would be a second one it would be so awsome and a big hit.

Superbad was one of the funniest movies I’ve seen in my life time. It was a movie that everyone would want to see! If superbad 2 does come out, I think everyone would appreciate it.

hey michael,
SUPERBAD is a BADASS movie because the thing it has going for it is that it doesnt try to be more than it is by having crazy, stupid sub-plots, although everything that happens in the movie is a little far fetched, it is still believable and highly plausible so as fan of the movie and the “apatow team” please rethink the current SUPERBAD 2 ideas…
for example having evan, seth and fogell teaming up for a spring break somewhere places arent usually known for college spring breaks like new mexico, canada or vegas or having evan, seth and fogell attend all of the same college but focusing on a plot that doesnt involve campy, cliche college rompus humor ie. ANIMAL HOUSE, AMERICAN PIE 4,5,6… i also think it would be cool to give clark duke a role in SUPERBAD 2
anyways im not trying to sell you any ideas just expressing my opinion as a SUPERBAD fan

I don’t like that idea. Skip college, it’s been played out. Go straight into after college, like a year or two after college. If you have a book of college gags sketched out already use them in flashback scenes.
The best part of the plot of Superbad was how upset the boys were by the prospect of having to split up, when they go to college together that’s nullified.
How about this: They’re both done school, Evan and Becca broke up a while ago, but Evan has a new girl and he’s going to propose. Seth is still single, has never had a good relationship, gets in contact with Becca for advice, etc. Kind of falls for her, is secretive about his friendship with her. Evan finds out and is jealous, but he shouldn’t be, etc, etc. and Fogel is doing REALLY well for himself. The cops are now local politicians. I don’t know what else, call me and we can talk about it more. I’m in Toronto.

I hear there’s going to be a movie. I’m absolutely seeing it the first day it comes to theaters. It’s a brilliant show. (Her?) I also saw Year One, which was funny. I can’t wait for Paper Heart. It sounds awesome. Keep up the good work

I hope you guys do manage to film superbad 2! Seth, Evan and the infamous Fogle were instant iconic characters, the world needs more of them! Even if you had the worst ever story line you guys could make it another classic. As for you I am loving all your work, really looking forward to seeing year one.
